We want you to be completely satisfied with your Marco Bicego purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unworn jewelry in its original condition. Each handcrafted piece must be returned with its original packaging and certificate of authenticity to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the jewelry in its original presentation box and secure it inside a sturdy shipping carton with the provided packing slip.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid insured shipping label from our portal and attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring no other labels are visible.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and retain your receipt; once received at our atelier, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
